Home sharing not working

I tried many times to share my home, hub and accessories with my family members. My wife created an account, I have sent her the invitation, but she doesn’t receive it.
I have tried multiple times without success.

I don’t know if it’s a temporary problem or with my configuration.

  1. Invitation Process: Make sure you are sending the invitation correctly. You should go to the Aqara Home app, select “Home Management,” and invite your wife by entering her Aqara account details. After sending the invitation, a notification should be sent to her account.

  2. Accepting the Invitation: Your wife should check the “Message Center” under “Invitations” in her Aqara Home app to see if the invitation is there. If she finds it, she needs to accept it to join the family.

  3. Role Assignment: Make sure you correctly assign her role as either a member or an admin, depending on the permissions you want her to have.
