On your iPhone open the Watch app and navigate to Wallet & Apple Pay, scroll to the bottom and be sure you have selected Mirror my iPhone. Look in the same list for the “Other Cards on your Watch” and make sure the Home Key shows in that menu.
@srl77411 thank you for responding. I have mirror my iPhone enabled. However I do not not see the homekey under other cards on your phone. I don’t have a section called other cards on your watch
Try shutting down both the watch and iPhone and restarting both and let them both restart on the network together and sync. I would also do the same with your Apple Home Hubs (ATV, HomePod etc). Be sure they are all on the latest updated software (no betas).
Hi, what Apple Watch version do you have? Maybe there´s a conflict about a too old Apple Watch or a too old Iphone and not the same version of iOS / watchOS is running on your devices
Nope, you normally should be able transfer the homekey from your iPhone to your Apple Watch without need a Apple hub… but maybe they changed something in their system.
this seems for me an Apple related issue instead of an Aqara issue
I could be wrong but I was always under the impression an Apple Home Hub was required in order to process the HomeKey process (handshake) between the lock and iPhone or Watch.
I could have been misunderstanding this, maybe someone from @Aqara can chime in and shed light on your question.
