Hi. I have just switched over to Homey from HomeKit, Homebridge, and Hubitat. I have 4 Aqara S1E panels around my house and they have been great. However I have not found a way to bring them into Homey. I tried natively and that was a no-go, then I tried HomeKit Controller…no dice there either. Any thoughts or success stories?

I don’t have one, but I suppose it can be linked with a M3 Hub? If that’s the case, you should add the M3 Hub using Matter so that the three buttons should appear.
Also, it doesn’t include Zigbee: Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz, as per the specifications on the website. Which is strange.
You can also request from Aqara to make this device available in the Aqara App for Homey. 
I think that you need to ask Homey developers to integrate the panel … not the Aqaras engineers @HenriDo
Homey is more interested in that the panel is working in their platform than Aqara on a third party platform
