Hi, I installed the Aqara G4 doorbell and invited my wife to share. Much to my regret it seems to be impossible for her to sign in on the Aqara Home app, despite being registered. Each time she tries to sign in a message appears saying: request denied, try again later. Re-starting het Android phone is to no avail. The same applies to sending a re-invite.

Anyone having an idea on how to solve this? Help would very much be appreciated.
