How do I turn off spesific notifications when I'm home?

Every time i enter my garage I get a notification that there are people there from my E1 camera. Also my G4 doorbell gives me a lingerer notification when it’s just me.
Any location settings I’ve missed?

@rabbenseren It sounds like you’re experiencing some unnecessary notifications from your E1 camera and G4 doorbell. Let’s see how we can adjust those settings for a more convenient experience.

For the E1 camera, if you are using HomeKit, check the location sharing settings on your devices. Make sure only the devices that should trigger notifications when you are away have location sharing enabled. If other family members’ devices are sharing location, it might affect the automation settings. You can either disable location sharing on those devices or adjust the HomeKit settings to prevent notifications when you are home.

As for the G4 doorbell, ensure that the sensitivity settings are adjusted to avoid false-triggering when you are nearby. Lowering the sensitivity or switching to Power Saving Mode might help reduce unnecessary notifications when you are the one entering the detection area.

If you still need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to the community for more ideas, or adjust the notification settings in the Aqara Home app under “Push Notification Settings” to better tailor what alerts you receive.

Feel free to share how these adjustments work for you, or if you need further assistance!

@rabbenseren It sounds like you’re trying to manage notifications from your E1 camera and G4 doorbell without using HomeKit. Without HomeKit, you can still adjust the notification settings directly through the Aqara Home app. Here’s what you can try:

  1. Check Device Settings: Open the Aqara Home app and navigate to the settings of your E1 camera and G4 doorbell. Look for options related to motion detection notifications and adjust the sensitivity or disable notifications for specific scenarios, such as when you are at home.

  2. Adjust Notification Settings: Within the Aqara Home app, you can often find a “Push Notification Settings” section. Here, you can customize which notifications you receive based on your preferences and current location.

  3. Location-Based Automation: If location-based features are available in the Aqara app, ensure they are set correctly so that notifications are minimized when you are at home.
