Hello. I installed the Aqara G410 doorbell on my phone. That went well. I then installed it on another phone, but it disappeared from my phone. I then deleted it and reinstalled it on my phone. That didn’t work anymore. I received a message to contact customer service because my device token is invalid. Please let me know what to do

Hmm, i would definitely contact customer support 
Maybe you tried to installl it on different servers ?
Or you turned on anti theft lock and deleted it

Hi DEChrisE,
The first download on my phone I didn’t know that I needed to enter my country, so it was standard USA.
Bij de second download, on the other phone, I filled it correctly.
So it was registered in 2 different countries.
And that is not possible.
Now Aqara.com reseted it and now it’s working.
By the way, I didn’t have any visitors today, according to my G410.
