Hi everyone! I’ve been diving into the world of smart home devices lately, and it’s been quite an adventure. I wanted to share my experiences and some tips on integrating multiple devices from different brands. 
So, my journey started with a Wyze Cam Pan for security. It was a breeze to set up at first, but then I ran into an issue where I couldn’t sign in to the app anymore. Turns out, I needed to set up an authentication verification code, which wasn’t something I had configured before. After some troubleshooting, I managed to get it sorted, but it was a bit of a learning curve! 
Next, I wanted to add some smart lighting to my setup. I came across a Shelly Plus Plug S and a Shelly Button1, and I thought it’d be fun to control the plug using the button. Initially, I struggled with the right code to toggle the plug, but after some research and trial and error, I figured it out! It’s all about understanding the device commands and making sure the IP addresses are correctly set. 
One thing I’ve learned is the importance of checking device compatibility and ensuring all firmware is up to date. For instance, when I tried integrating a Shelly PM Mini for energy monitoring, I faced some issues with the data not showing up in Home Assistant. After reviewing the logs and adjusting the settings, I realized it was a configuration issue on my end. Now, everything works smoothly!
