How to reset U300 lock without the admin password but have physical keys

I bought an Aqara U300 from Facebook marketplace and it was previously setup. I installed it and when I tried to set it up, it asked for the admin passcode. I don’t have that but I have the physical keys. Is there any way to hard reset without the admin passcode?

I think you need to contact the Aqara customer service. According to this FAQ it’s the only way when you don’t know the password.

Support got back to me and I was able to reset.
