My company is developing and implementing smart homes (mostly wired). However not the first time we are faced with client that wants Aquara device. After configuration there is no option to pass ownership to the owners, any tips?

Welcome to the Forums
Step 1. Implement common sense
Step 2. example: during final walk through of the home assist the new home owner with account and device set up
Step 2a (options): set up everthing for the new home owner and be sure to explain the need to change passwords just like you do with old school door locks and keys or garage doors and door codes.
Donโt over think it, the devices are $10-$250 items that can easily be deleted and reinstalled and for the most part work with all platforms.
