Hi I’m still trying to figure out this forum. But does anyone know how to add a video to your post. Cuz every time I tap on the file chooser it doesn’t give me an option to pick any files,videos or media. And I guess my other question is can we even upload photos and videos to a post?

Thank you, when I press that icon it says no files. I checked my permissions and there set to allow. So I don’t know why my files don’t show up?
What device are you using ?

My phone s25 ultra. I coming from the Aqara app to the forum. Should I use chrome to get to the forum instead of from the app?

Ok I got it to show up, now that I went through chrome instead of the Aqara app. Thank you for your help.

It’s better to communicate from a browser, and to view quickly from an app.

Hi there there thank you so much for responding. I figured out why it wasn’t showing me my files. I was coming to the forum from the Aqara app and now that I went through Chrome, it’s now showing my files, Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out. But now that I think about it, could I ask you one more thing what does the little flame symbol on the top right hand corner of your post mean?

This means “hot topic” (current), it is selected by the administrator, it is displayed in general topics in a separate section.

Ok I see, I thought that’s what it meant but I wasn’t positive and plus I was just surprised I saw it on mine post. And was wondering why would they would give my post as a hot topic when I can’t even figure out how to upload a video to my post lol lmao hahaha lol
