Hi everyone, I’m facing some challenges with my HS-DS100+ Z-Wave sensor. I’ve tried both secure and insecure inclusion methods, but each approach brings its own set of problems. When I include the device securely, it’s recognized as a HomeSeer HS-DS100+, but unfortunately, I don’t receive any logs or updates when triggering events like door opens or tampering. This is quite puzzling since the device should be communicating with the Z-Wave network. On the other hand, when I include the device insecurely, it appears as ‘Unknown’ in the system, which means the binding doesn’t recognize it properly. This is frustrating because I want to ensure the device is fully integrated and functional within my setup. I’ve noticed that the manufacturer data isn’t being recognized correctly, which might be contributing to this issue.I’ve attached the logs for reference, and I can see that there are some errors related to the manufacturer code. It seems like the device isn’t being mapped correctly within the Z-Wave binding. I’m wondering if there’s a way to manually add or update the manufacturer information to resolve this.If anyone has encountered similar issues or has successfully integrated an HS-DS100+ sensor, I’d greatly appreciate any advice or guidance. Whether it’s about adjusting the binding configuration, updating firmware, or troubleshooting network settings, I’m open to any suggestions. Let’s work together to get this sensor up and running smoothly!
