Anyone have experience with the hub and home assistant?
Which of the hubs do you wish to know about? And if able, would you be able to please elaborate what you’re wanting to use the hub in HA for? What is your intended use case?
You can use the M3 Hub as a Matter bridge in Home Assistant (HA) by installing the Matter Server add-on/app. The bridge can pass Aqara Zigbee devices to HA via Matter. With Advanced Matter Bridging, you can also pass scenes and signals (states of devices/sensors that are not directly suitable for Matter) to HA via Matter.
You can also pass entities via a software matter bridge in HA to the M3 Hub, which acts as a Matter Controller for the Aqara ecosystem.
The hub can not only perform firmware updates for Aqara devices, but also functions as a Thread Border Router, serves as a 360-degree IR blaster, and has a 95dB speaker that can be used for the alarm system, for example. And more:
