Bonjour, j’ai un problème avec mon nouveau hub M3 : j’ai tout migré de mon ancien hub MS1 gen2 vers le M3, tout marchait hier et aujourd’hui mon hub M3 est hors connexion alors qu’il est relié en filaire à ma box (je précise pas de pb de connexion internet autre).
je l’ai rebooté, débranché, eloigné de ma box sans effet.

Hello, first of all, check the power supply of the M3 gateway. This is usually the main problem.
merci, vous parlez du câble d’aliments secteur ? c’est un câble usb fourni par aqara et ensuite je l’ai connecté à une prise USB.

Il est recommandé d’utiliser une alimentation USB de 2 A.
If you have an Apple charger type C that will work even better as I am using it mine with it and have no issue so far
merci. je viens de le changer mais toujours hors connexion…mais avec la les bleu continue puis suivi de 5 clignotements bleus donc l’alimentation marche bien.
Your only option is to make an factory reset and add all your zigbee devices again only this way you know if will work or not.i know it is an pain as I recently did that when I changed my router and now all works perfectly.also see your internet conexión my be if the blue light blinking that means that it is not connected to your router
