I’ve had my M3 hard disconnect like this once and I ended up removing it from AH, resetting it, and added it back. AH seemed to remember the device, name, BUT the devices had to be bound to it again. If I recall, I could have just removed it from AH and it would have connected again.
Couple questions:
1 - Looks like you are E-Net hard wired for your connection?
2 - Try a power cycle - unplug power for 30 seconds and then supply power again and see what happens
3 - What is the LED status of the hub after power cycle?

Hello, first of all, check the M3 power supply. If possible, connect another one, do not forget that it is better to take a current of 1.5-2 amperes.

I just would unplug it and plug it back…. Mostly it comes back then

Also my be you had an internet issue at that time who knows exactly the cause but as @DEChrisE said unplug it and plug it back and then wait to your zigbee to start comunícate with the hub or press once on each device to comunícate faster with the hub and get online

Currently i use power and network through POE lan hardware
Currenlty
It restart repeatedly several times.
And it back to normal after nearly 1 day keep offline without any action such as remore POE switch or connect by other power adapter.

That is not normal as i have an M3 too but doesn’t have issues vreun offline or something.did you check your internet when the M3 goes offline?as my be it is also your internet provider that have issues there.but if is not your internet ether the problem you should contact aqara support.still you should check it vía wifi and conect it to an USB and see if the problem still continue.as personally i am using it vía wifi and i Connect it to an Apple charger via USB type and works perfectly
