The W600 discount code does not work for me because I can not log into the aqara shop using these forum credentials, as instructed in the DM.
Does anyone else have this problem?

It’s a weekend, please be patient and you will definitely receive an answer.
FWIW the corrected advice was that you dont need to log in to the shop actually, using the correct details on the checkout page is sufficient.
As far as I know, the forum (Discourse) and the Aqara Shop (Shopify) are based on different platforms, which likely don’t share login data. That could be the reason why your forum credentials don’t work there.
You can create a new account in the shop. However, as you said, it is not necessary to have a shop account in order to place an order.

Yeah you are correct. I was just following the instructions in the first DM so thought they might have consolodated the login details somehow?
Anyway, this is an FYI for anyone else in the trial.

I would have thought that each participant would receive their own individual discount code. The code could then be used for consolidation. However, this is just a vague assumption.
