I recently installed two I/O Link 2450 relays in my garage to monitor the door status and control it remotely. While one unit is working perfectly, the other is showing the sensor status as triggered when the door is closed and closed when it’s open. The status light on the relay, however, indicates the correct status. This inconsistency is puzzling, and I’m curious if anyone else has encountered a similar issue or has insights into potential solutions.
I’ve double-checked the wiring and configuration, and everything seems correct. The sensors are functioning as expected, and the relays are receiving the right signals. The problem appears to be isolated to how the second relay interprets the sensor data. I’m wondering if there’s a firmware update or a specific setting that could resolve this discrepancy.
