Ikea Fyrtur Not Reporting Status in Home Assistant

Hi everyone, I’ve been using the Ikea Fyrtur roller shutter in my home automation setup for quite some time now, and I’ve been really happy with its performance. However, over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed that it’s no longer reporting its current state to Home Assistant. This has been a bit of a nuisance, as I rely on the status updates to automate certain routines around my home.

Let me walk you through what’s been happening. The Fyrtur was working perfectly fine until I had to recouple it a few months ago. Since then, while I can still send commands like ‘open’, ‘close’, and ‘stop’ through Home Assistant, the device doesn’t update its status in either Phoscon or Home Assistant. The current opening rate always shows as 100%, which isn’t accurate at all.

I’ve tried recoupling the Fyrtur several times, but the issue persists. My Gateway is running version 2.17.01 with a Conbee II stick, and the firmware on the Fyrtur is up to date at 2.48 build 472625. I’m using deCONZ installed through apt on Raspberry Pi OS bullseye. I’m wondering if there’s something specific I can try to fix this or if there’s additional information I should provide to help diagnose the problem.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of a potential fix, I’d be really grateful for your insights. I’d hate to have to replace the device if it can be resolved with some troubleshooting. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
