I’m experiencing an issue with a combination of the W200s (I have two) and G400 thermostat/doorcam products. By design when the doorbell is rung three snapshots are taken and sent to the screens on the thermostats. This feature worked flawlessly after setup.
I even added a U100 and the W200s correctly shows the unlock option on the screen.
My issue began on the second day when only one of the three images displayed appeared to be a snapshot from the camera. Instead now it shows one completely black screen, one completely white screen, and then the third is the picture from the doorbell. Sometimes they are in that order, sometimes not. It’s not a complete loss of functionality by any means but it is odd and annoying.
Does anyone have any idea what might be happening here?
Additional information: All of my Aqara products have been added to Apple Home. I do record to iCloud with the G400.
I currently only have a single automation to make the W200s chime when the doorbell is rung. This wasn’t happening automatically, and i didn’t see a menu option for it so an automation seemed like an easy fix.
