I have the G410 Doorbell and for the life of me cannot get this thing to record events. I have setup the alert within the app for doorbell rings, linger detected and unknown faces detected. The logs picks up pretty much all events from my backyard cam (G5 Pro) though. Has anyone had a similar experience?
Hi. In the G410 settings, under “AI Detection”, are “Face Detection” and “Lingerer Detection” enabled? “Doorbell ringing” should actually work, as you don’t need to enable it.
Otherwise, try enabling the standard notifications. Do you receive a notification when someone rings the doorbell or a face is recognised?
