I’ve been exploring the integration of my Arlo cameras into Home Assistant without relying on the cloud, and I must say, it’s been a fascinating journey! 
While I initially thought it might be a bit tricky, the process turned out to be more straightforward than I anticipated. I stumbled upon some excellent resources and guides within this community that made everything fall into place. 
One thing I found particularly helpful was discovering how to set up the cameras locally, which not only reduces dependency on external services but also enhances privacy. I’ve been using the Arlo cameras alongside my existing Shelly devices, and it’s wonderful to see everything working seamlessly together.
