Integrating Leviton Decora Wi-Fi Switches with Home Assistant

Hey everyone, I’m relatively new to the world of smart home automation and I’m currently exploring how to integrate my Leviton Decora Wi-Fi switches into Home Assistant. I’ve followed the official instructions and made the necessary changes to my configuration.yaml file, but unfortunately, nothing shows up after restarting Home Assistant. I’m running this setup in a Docker container on my Synology NAS, which adds another layer of complexity to the mix.

I’m wondering if there’s a step I’m missing in the configuration process. I’ve heard that some custom components require additional files or scripts to be downloaded from GitHub, but I’m not entirely sure how to go about this. Is there a way to verify if the integration is working correctly without relying solely on the frontend? Also, are there any community-supported solutions or alternative methods to ensure seamless communication between my Leviton switches and Home Assistant?

I’m really excited about the potential of having fully integrated smart switches, and I’m hoping to get this sorted out soon. Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated! Let’s keep the conversation going and help each other navigate the sometimes tricky waters of smart home setups. :rocket:
