Integrating Smart Lighting with Multiple Echo Devices

I’ve been really excited about setting up my smart home, especially with the Philips Hue lights and multiple Amazon Echo devices. One thing I’ve been struggling with is controlling my dining room lights, which have 5 bulbs, as a single group. I don’t want to adjust each bulb individually every time. Has anyone found a way to create a virtual dimmer or color-changing switch that can control all of them at once? I tried using a virtual switch with an On/Off tile, but it doesn’t support dimming or color changes. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Another thing I’ve noticed is that my Echo Dot sometimes plays the wrong Sirius XM channel with my alarm. It usually plays The Highway, but lately, it’s been switching to Hits 1 without any changes on my end. I’ve tried resetting the skill and the alarm, but the issue persists. It’s a minor inconvenience, but it’s still annoying. Does anyone have a solution for this?

On a more positive note, I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to integrate different smart devices. For example, using my Wyze cameras with the Fing app has been a breeze, and setting up the Atom Echo Smart Speaker for voice control was straightforward once I figured out the right settings. It’s amazing how much these devices can streamline my daily routine.

I’d love to hear from others who’ve successfully integrated multiple Echo devices and Hue lights. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them? Any shared experiences or tips would be invaluable as I continue to build out my smart home setup. Thanks in advance for your insights!
