Hi all, I’m really excited to share my journey in setting up a smart home system using Z-Wave receptacles. As a newbie, I was curious about how others utilize these devices beyond just controlling lamps. After some research and experimentation, I found some amazing ways to enhance my home automation setup. One of my favorite projects was integrating a Fibaro plug with my Sonos system. By setting up a simple flow, I can now control the music in my living room using voice commands or even through my phone app. It’s incredible how a single plug can transform a regular outlet into a smart device capable of so much more.
