Hey everyone, I’m diving into the world of home automation and have been experimenting with integrating my Sonos speakers with an ISY994 controller. While I’ve managed to get some basic controls working, I’m hitting a snag when it comes to grouped speakers. Specifically, when I group my Living Room and Bedroom speakers, the ISY994 struggles to control individual zones, especially volume adjustments. It’s frustrating because it works perfectly when the speakers aren’t grouped or when the grouping originates from the Living Room. I’m curious if others have encountered similar issues or found workarounds. I’ve heard about the Sonos HTTP API running on Raspberry Pi, but I’m not sure how to tweak it for better group control.
