One of the first obstacles I encountered was the lack of neutral wires in my home’s wiring, a common issue in older buildings. Fortunately, AQARA offers Zigbee switches that don’t require neutral wires, which was a game-changer for me. However, I soon realized that these switches and outlets are sold individually and are slightly larger than standard sizes, making it tricky to pair them neatly.
Exploring Alternative Brands
In my quest for a more versatile solution, I came across BSEED, which provided a broader range of combinations. However, their products necessitated the use of neutral wires, which posed a problem given my home’s wiring setup.
