Hi everyone, I’m facing a tricky issue with my iOS camera notifications. Previously, when motion was detected under my front porch, I’d receive a notification on my phone with a camera snapshot and a live stream on 3D touch. Additionally, there was a button to unlock the door directly from the notification. Everything worked smoothly until about two weeks ago when I noticed that the camera image wasn’t showing up anymore—just a black square instead of the live feed. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including deleting and reinstalling the Home Assistant app multiple times and resetting my mobile app integration before logging back in. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I’m wondering if there’s a specific setting within the app that I might have overlooked. The notifications seem to sync correctly, and the permissions are enabled, so I’m a bit stuck. I let the issue rest for a few days, hoping it might resolve itself, but no luck.
