Is it normal to not receive beta firmware during a beta test

I got accepted to Join an Aqara beta test. And the beta started in mid April and there is quite a few of us that have not received any firmware updates. And from what I’ve been told by others is that there’s no one to contact to get the firmware sent. I kind of found that hard to believe that they wouldn’t have anyone to contact. but they are correct there is no one to contact. Because all the people that have aqara in there slack name don’t respond to anyone’s messages. I’ve never seen or been apart of beta that is ran in such a Way.

Hello, welcome to the forum. First of all, enable the permission to receive beta firmware in the application. This option is in the update section. Also for your information, the importance of feedback is chosen by the Aqara team, almost all of them work on Chinese time, and therefore night requests remain unanswered until morning. Also, during public holidays, there may be no response. Although in critical tests, there are no such delays, I can confirm this myself. The main thing on the part of the tester is to be patient, because releasing new firmware is a very troublesome and responsible job that takes a lot of time.
