Is there a way of disabling the microphone in the HomeKit integration?

I have used the Aqara Camera Hub G3 daily for the last 3 years and I have integrated it into my Apple Home installation recently. It works pretty nicely, I’d go ahead and say, that accessing the camera stream is faster via the Apple Home app and the image is less delayed.

There is one drawback, though: It is quite easy to activate the microphone, especially if the video stream is running picture in picture.

So far I haven’t found any setting which would allow me to permanently mute the speaker of the camera, so I am wondering if it would be possible to disable the intercom functionality altogether, since I do not need it.

Do you have any idea whether this can be achieved or not?
