Not for me itās not. Iām in Spain. Factory reset, region set to default: āOtherā (Iāve tried Spain too unsuccessfully), Bluetooth good, WiFi good, no VPN, device detected, switch to Zigbee, confirm switch, but it never progresses beyond 0%. No error, no timeout - just sits there. Iāve tried countless times, even leaving it for over an hour. On the point of giving up.

Hello, are you in the blue light flashing in the distribution time window? If it has been launched, please try to reset the device by pressing and holding for 5s, and then try to add and select protocols.
ānever progresses beyond 0%ā during this, you could try to click the button once and see if it rebulid the connection to the hub.
