Hey, guys!
I have an Aqara P1 motion sensor with a trigger interval of 3 minutes. However, even when there is movement during those 3 minutes, it still registers that there is no motion anymore.
Why should this period not be extended while there is movement?
Am I missing something?
Hello, welcome to the forum. 3 minutes is a timeout during which the sensor “sleeps”. If it sees movement, then it will see the next movement in three minutes. If you need to monitor the movement more intensively, then choose the smallest interval. You can start from 1 second to 3 minutes 20 seconds.
