Kwikset Lock on Bridged Controller - Troubleshooting

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my Vera 3 to a VeraSecure and set up a new bridge to the controller in my guest house. I decided to test out the alerts, but unfortunately, I’ve been bombarded with error messages all day. The lock operates fine, but the alerts are relentless. Here’s what I’ve been seeing:

  • Door lock “Lock.ClubHouse” in room “Clubhouse” failed to operate at 2017-10-23 23:00:19. Reported by House serial #55001905. (The problem may be with the lock, or with communications.)
  • Alert #12743174711 Invalid PIN code entered on door lock “Lock.ClubHouse” in room “Clubhouse” at 2017-10-23 23:00:19. Reported by House

I’ve tried everything I can think of—changing the batteries, deleting the bridge, and rebuilding it from scratch. The lock works perfectly, and there’s no alert history in the bridge’s logs. Does anyone else have experience with this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
