Latch not retracting after updated

Latch not working on my u200 after update. Current version is …0077.

I just completed setting it up and it was working fine until i decided to update to the new version and it seems now the door unlocks but latch doesnt retract.

I have activated the pull spring however its the same, going through the thread of issues I can see there hasnt been any solution.

Hi Could you please provide a video of the door lock calibration? We can have our engineers review it to see if there’s a solution. Additionally, if you share your Aqara account with us, we can add it to the whitelist, allowing you to upgrade the firmware to version v84.

Hi,v84 firmware version is now open for all aqara users. I noticed that you have a UK door lock, which we improved with v77 firmware with the aim of making its auto-calibration more accurate.
