Latch Won’t Open on U300

Hi everyone! I just got the U300 and I love it. Until this happened. I installed it, and I put the code in, fingerprint, tapped it with my watch and it wouldn’t open at all. It was saying all the electronics were correct, but the latch just would not open.

I finally found the key and opened it manually. At first, I thought it was a problem on the exterior but the interior opens the latch just fine! How can I fix where the latch doesn’t open on the exterior side???

I’m going to ask a few questions to be sure I understand so the users here can help. How long it work before it stopped working?

Are there any signs that the electronics are working? Does the pincode work? Does the device shows as online? Are the lights or sounds from the keypad working?

Depending on those answers, let’s try to determine if it’s a hardware issue or a software issue.
