Laundry Planner Not Initiating: Seeking Solutions

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with my smart washing machine integration. While I’m able to control the machine remotely, the laundry planner feature isn’t functioning as expected. When I attempt to start the planner, I receive a popup stating ‘Connecting to server…’, but unfortunately, nothing proceeds from there, and the laundry cycle doesn’t initiate. I’m curious if others have experienced similar issues or if there might be a workaround or solution to this problem. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
