Led Strip T1 - can’t reset successfully

One of my 11 (yes, eleven!) Led Strips T1 got out of sync with the m3 hub. I had problems with controlling it, so I deviced to use the “remove accessory” option from the app. This however must have not completed entirely. When the strip powers on (by giving it electricity) it starts without blinking. The, long, 5-second press makes it blink twice, but without a rainbow effect after. Instead, I hear the voice from my m3 hub saying: “ Please delete the accessory in the app”.

The problem is that the device is no longer visible in the app, neither it is listed as a child device asunder any of my 2 m3 hubs.

Is there any mode I can enter the Aqara app in a “debug” mode to find a delete the cached decide that should have been fully deleted but it was not?

You can try to go to the Aqara hub M3 setting page>prevent accident deletion>disable this function, see if you can reset this LED strip T1

Yes, that was it, thank you! I wish however, that the M3 hub has told me the exact cause so that I could have figured it out myself yesterday, instead of wasting 3 hours.

Anyway, I’m so glad this worked! This setting also was preventing me to delete certain devices from one m3 hub to the 2nd. I was about to start another thread, but now I don’t need to do it
