Hi, I’m using several H2 EU light switches and from time to time, it happens to me that I turn the switch on and it automatically turns off right away. There is no automation involved or something and I’m using the latest firmware 0.0.0_1921. It is not an issue of one specific switch and it does not matter if it is connected with neutral or not. I’m also using M3 hub.
Any ideas and is this a right way to report such bug? Is there something I can do to help debug this? I haven’t noticed any pattern so far. Thank you

Hi, check the event log of automations and scenes. If they are clean then report here. I will then submit your request to investigate the problem.

Hi, yes no automation or scene triggered. That was the first thing I checked
Thank you

Hello, please answer one more question. Is your switch connected with zero or without zero? This is a very important question.
I noticed the behavior with or without it (I have several switches where some are without zero). So it might be related to M3 hub…
Also, sometimes it is on → off transition and sometimes off → on…
The hub has also latest firmware installed (4.3.7_0036)
And I ask this because I once had such problems when the load on the switch was too small, especially when it was operated without zero. You can check the quality of the switch so that the load was not less than 10 watts, and it is better if it was more. Before you contact the support service, let’s check if my version is the cause of the malfunction. My story was this, I bought smart lamps and connected them to a smart switch. After that, the switch began to live its own life, especially when I twisted the brightness of the lamps. I bought a capacitor, soldered it into the base of a clean lamp (the filling was removed) and screwed it into the lamp. Now the switch has been working properly for three years
