I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of syncing lights and music in my smart home setup. After experimenting with various configurations, I’ve managed to create a system that truly brings my entertainment space to life! 
My Setup
I’ve got a mix of Net lights, string lights, and some professional-grade LED lights spread throughout my living area. The goal was to have them work seamlessly with my Bluetooth speakers and a tablet running my favorite music apps. Here’s how I made it happen:

I set up three daily scenes for 7 PM, 8 PM, and 9 PM, each lasting about 10 minutes. These scenes trigger specific playlists on my tablet and adjust the lights to match the mood of the music. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day or entertaining guests! -
Halloween and Christmas Magic
For seasonal events, I created special scenes that change the color and intensity of the lights in sync with festive music. It’s amazing how a few well-timed color shifts can create such an immersive experience! -
Manual Control with Shared Playlists
Outside of scheduled times, I use shared playlists on Spotify and Google Play Music. This way, my family and friends can easily pick the music they want, and the lights adapt in real-time. It’s a fun way to let everyone contribute to the atmosphere!
