Lights Out: Motion Sensor Dimming Mystery

Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out this odd behavior with my smart lights and motion sensor setup. So, I’ve configured my Hue lights to turn on at 100% brightness when the motion sensor detects movement. It works perfectly the first time—bright and cheery. But here’s the kicker: after about a minute, the lights start to dim down to around 50%, even if the motion sensor is still detecting movement. And if I leave the room, the lights turn off after a minute of no movement. But here’s the really puzzling part: when I come back in, the lights turn on again, but this time at the dimmed level instead of the full brightness I set.

I’ve checked the settings in the Hue app and even tried tweaking things through my Android phone, but I can’t find any option that would cause this dimming behavior. The lights stay at the set brightness when I control them manually, so it’s definitely something to do with the motion sensor configuration.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? Is there a setting I’m missing that could be causing the lights to remember the last dimmed level instead of sticking to the 100% brightness I’ve set for motion detection? I’d really appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have. Let’s see if we can crack this mystery together! :male_detective::male_sign::bulb:
