I have a hub M100, an H2 double switch, and a T2 Dual relay. Everything is connected to the app already. How can I setup in the app for the doubke switch to control the dual relay when there is no internet, in other words to run locally?

Any automations should run locally anyway, especially if all the devices are connected to the same hub.
I’ve tested this with an M100, a light ( could be a relay ) and a wireless switch. I set the automation to toggle the light from the wireless button.
I then shut the WiFi down that the M100 was connected to and the automation continues to execute / run
