My lock was working fine, but after the firmware upgrade it introduced 3 pre rotate sounds. After resetting, calibrating multiple times, it can only lock itself, and never unlock. Any tips how to solve this?

- And what’s the firmware version that introduced the issue?

As I assume it’s the U200 based on the tags in your post, it most of all sounds like you need to re calibrate the lock.
Is it a lock you use every day or is it a lock rarely used?
And as previously commented, please write what FW version you have upgraded to and from. (Assume it’s FW 85 you have updated to) and for me I changed one of my U200 recently because it was a first version where the lubricant used was not as it should be so it started getting sticky and then either trying to open/lock and eventually getting stuck, and the new lock I updated to FW85 like all my other U200 and haven’t had any issues what so ever with that FW.
