Logs not updating on some days for P2 door sensor

I have a couple of P2 door sensors, connected via M3 Hub.

Some days the Log which shows under the device does not show any records. Then next day it works again.

Any idea what might cause this? The screen for the device in app shows current status, so not a general problem with sensor communication with M3 hub.
