I’m diving into the world of home automation and I’m really excited to set up some motion sensors to control my lights. I’ve been researching different options, but I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the choices out there. I came across the Lutron Maestro Motion Sensor Switch, which seems like a solid option, but I’d love to hear what others recommend.
One of my main concerns is latency—how quickly the lights will turn on or off once the sensor detects motion. I want everything to feel seamless and responsive. I also love the idea of having everything centralized in my Home Assistant server so I can keep track of everything and make changes remotely.
Has anyone had great experiences with specific brands or models? Any tips on installation or setup would be super helpful too! Thanks in advance for your advice—I can’t wait to get started!
