LOST CODES TO ADD TO AQARA

I moved house.
Trying to setup my cameras again and noticed on one of my e1 cameras there’s no HomeKit or Aqara code to add it back in to the app.
And in the other there’s only HomeKit code to add to HomeKit.
What am I meant to do here?

I’m not sure, but some devices may only have an Apple HomeKit code. Try adding the camera in the Aqara Home app. It should then be added to both Aqara Home and Apple Home.

For cameras without a code: Do you still have the packaging and user manual?

Take another close look at the camera, as sometimes the HomeKit code appears as a QR code and a numeric code on a separate sticker on the device.

If there is none it means one of two things: 1. You removed the stickers on it, or 2. The seller removed them. If they are both gone then reset it to pairing mode, and try to find it in the nearby devices to setup at the top of the add devices page.

I bought them so I’m the owner.
I did remove but can’t find them since moving home.
The apps can see both cameras but want the codes to add them.
I’ve got one of the HomeKit codes so added one to HomeKit, but don’t have the aqara code to add back to Aqara, however can’t add the other to HomeKit or Aqara.

No I don’t. I had them in a book however that’s gone.

They are both e1 cameras but I have a multitude of other Aqara devices g3 g5 pro g100’s latest doorbell sensors presence sensors, can’t even add them both with those either.

@leoroberts83_icloud_com I think the QR codes are pasted on the bottom of the E1 Camera. If you lost it, you have to provide the device id in your Aqara Home app or SN of the Camera to Aqara Support team to get your QR codes.
