Low battery - Aqara Door sensor P2

I’m creating a new Aqara installation to manage access to my home’s doors. I purchased three Aqara Door and Windows Sensor P2 sensors. One of them consumed two CR123A batteries in less than three days.

I don’t think this is normal. The only difference, in my opinion, is that this sensor had been paired (in test mode) with the app’s alarm system function.

Do you have any experiences or opinions to help me resolve this issue? Should I return this sensor for a new one?

I had the same problem. I’m certainly no expert, but my problem seemed to go away after an update.

I have checked all firmware updates including the M3 hub and everything is up to date.

Honestly, I’d exchange it. Just to be safe. It sounds like you’ve done everything you can do.

Indeed, I will exchange it. To be continued.
