M100 Random turn on/turn off, anyone else has same issue?

Having these random turn-on/turn-off of my M100 hub.

Anyone else has the same experience?

Explanation and way to prevent that from happening?

@ceuz8793 You seem to be experiencing an issue with the M100 hub randomly turning on/off. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:

Hey @ceuz8793 , did you tried a different power supply ? This is the first thing that comes into my mind

Indeed, that was my one of my suspects too.

It is easy to find power socket that comes with multiple built-in USB ports. So, I thought it was a great idea to use that USB port to power the M100 and free the power socket for other use.

It was great for first month, this random behavior only started recently.

So, have gone back to a separate powered USB setup and will monitor it for a while.

Ok :ok_hand: please keep me updated! If the behavior still exists, please contact the support- they can read out the log files - maybe there’s something to see then
