@t_todorov123 I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting your M100 hub and switches to Google Home through Matter. Let’s see if we can sort this out together!

Firstly, ensure that your devices are indeed Matter-certified and in pairing mode. This is crucial for integration with third-party apps like Google Home. Here’s a quick checklist to guide you through the process:

  1. Confirm Matter Support: Make sure your M100 hub and switches support the Matter protocol. If they do, they should be in pairing mode. Typically, this involves pressing and holding the reset button on the device.

  2. Network Compatibility: Both your smart device and your phone should be on the same local network. Matter supports Thread and Wi-Fi networks, so ensure your network settings are compatible.

  3. App Setup: Download a Matter-compatible app if you haven’t already. Make sure it’s up-to-date and supports the ecosystem you’re aiming to connect with, like Google Home.

  4. Device Reset: If the device fails to add, try resetting it and repeating the setup process.

  5. Firmware Updates: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your devices that might add or improve Matter support.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be worth checking if there are any specific settings on your router that could be interfering, such as dual-band or mixed-band settings. Additionally, if your router is a WiFi6 router, enabling WiFi5 compatibility mode might help.

Feel free to share your progress or any further issues you encounter, and the community or I will be happy to assist you further!

I have bought a Nest Hub and that solved my problem. Everything is connected and exposed to Google Home network.
