M3 hub not connecting

Ive been running an M3 hub for a while now, primarily as a matter bridge for a HA install. This morning my home had a brief internet outage after which the M3 reported and offline - note that it still showed online in my network, responding to pings etc. I figured i would restart but it still didnt reconnect. So i went ahead and attempted to re-pair it and i was met with “account binding failed”. Following various pieces of advice i could find i tried all of the following but was met with the same message:
Uninstall aqara home app and reinstall
Use a different device with a fresh aqara install
Soft reset
Factory reset
Disabling 5Ghz wifi

I’ve reached out to support already but im at a bit of a loss here - anybody experienced similar and found a fix?

Hi @dominoschris I have noticed that my Aqara gear can be very sensitive to network and DNS related changes. What I would have done is restarted my network after the outage to give everything a chance to reconnect. What type of network do you have?

Since you’ve already done a full reset and now can’t seem to pair it, I would still go ahead and restart your network, then attempt to pair it again.

Did you remove the M3 from your aqara app (in case its still there are your hard reset)? If it still shows up, but is greyed out, go ahead and remove the hub from the Aqara app. I would not try this until after you’ve tried the network restart.
