Manage video from Aqara Home App

Hi everyone,
I’d like to understand how I can delete with a bulk action all the videos uploaded to Aqara Cloud. Is there a way? Actully I can found the only option to select the videos that I want to delete one by one and then delete it.

Thanks!

@simons There isn’t information in the reference content about bulk deletion of cloud videos. I’m sorry about that! This is a great question. Maybe other community members have some insights or experiences to share on this. Let’s see if we can collaborate and figure this out together. If you have any other suggestions or improvements, you can submit manual customer service feedback.

@simons Hi there! Thanks for reaching out with your question. From the available information, deleting cloud video data typically involves managing it through the Aqara Home app > camera device page > Album, where you select and delete videos one by one . Unfortunately, we don’t have details on a bulk delete option for cloud videos at this time.

If you’re looking to streamline this process, you might want to ensure your Aqara Home app is updated to the latest version, as newer versions sometimes include enhanced features . The community could also be a great resource—other users might have tips or workarounds to share, so feel free to keep the conversation going!

If you have suggestions for improving this functionality, we recommend submitting feedback through the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) for the team to review.

Hope this helps, and thanks again for contributing to the discussion!

@simons Hi there! Currently, the way to delete cloud video data is through the Aqara Home app > Aqara camera device page > Album, where you select the video to delete one by one . We understand bulk deletion would be a convenient feature, but there’s no specific bulk action option mentioned in the available information. If you have further questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out to Aqara support directly for more assistance. Thanks for sharing your experience—maybe other community members have additional insights to share too!
