Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with setting up Google Home to control my Hue Ceiling Spots and lamps. At first, I was a bit puzzled because all my devices in the same room were turning on together. I stumbled upon the feature to create different zones within the same room, but it wasn’t appearing as separate in Google Home. After some research and tinkering, I figured out how to set up separate zones by creating custom routines and using specific voice commands. It’s amazing how much control I have now—I can turn on just the ceiling spots or the lamps without the other interfering. I’d love to hear how others have organized their smart lighting setups!
