Matter 1.5 specification is not available yet, the data models you may have seen in GitHub are also subject to change.

It is, but since it’s also marked as provisional I wouldn’t get my hopes up. It may as well not be ready for Matter 1.5.
Matter platforms and most lights still do not support Scenes which is a feature introduced in earlier versions of Matter and took a couple revisions to remove the provisional tag.
